3 AI Growth Advisor

The AI Growth Advisor is an automated conversational tool intended to help visitors explore marketing, visibility, lead-generation, customer-response, and operational opportunities. Responses are generated by artificial-intelligence systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating any response before relying on it. Do not use the AI Growth Advisor for emergencies or submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, confidential client data, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information.

Talk requires microphone permission and uses third-party voice and speech technologies. The current implementation is configured with call recording disabled, but voice input must be processed in real time to provide the feature. Use of the AI Growth Advisor is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

4 No Client Relationship or Guaranteed Outcome

Using the website, receiving an automated response, submitting a form, or scheduling a discovery meeting does not create an agency, consulting, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional-client relationship. A client relationship arises only through a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by authorized representatives of Exponential Marketing and the client.

Examples, projections, testimonials, case studies, rankings, traffic figures, call volumes, or other outcomes are provided for context and do not guarantee that any user or client will achieve the same or similar results. Results depend on many factors outside Exponential Marketing's control.

5 Separate Service Agreements

Marketing, advertising, technology, automation, consulting, and related services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, subscription terms, or other written agreement. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for the contracted services.

6 Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the website, bypass security or usage controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, extract, or overload the website except as expressly authorized or permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exponential Marketing and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption, arising from or related to the website, its content, the AI Growth Advisor, or third-party services, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Exponential Marketing for claims arising from or related to free use of the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Liability arising under a separate paid-service agreement is governed by that agreement. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

14 Availability and Changes

15 Governing Law and Venue

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the website.
